I hear from so many people who are suffering from complete burnout and exhaustion these days. There have been many changes to deal with and adjusting to the new "normal" has not been easy. Even those who are working from home are struggling to achieve work life balance, not able to find the time to do it all. Planning and putting together a healthy, whole food meal at the end of the day often feels like an impossibility. This is one of the stressors that you can hand off to Wendy's Joyful Kitchen. Your health is important so having your meals planned and taken care of for you and your family takes a substantial burden off of your weekly "to do" list. Do you have little picky eaters in your household? Not a problem. I have great success getting some of the pickiest little ones reaching for the veggie platter.

About me…

I prepare simple, healthy and delicious food. Food that is good for you doesn’t mean you forfeit flavor, texture or variety.

I focus on the healthier side of food and do my best to limit things like butter, heavy cream and unhealthy oils. I let the ingredients in my dishes shine through by creating meals that are fresh, seasonal and organic using herbs and spices to enhance flavor.

Life can get so busy and there are not enough hours in the day to do all that needs to get done. Cooking a healthy meal for yourself and your family often takes the back burner. This leads to lots of fast food and take out which is not the best for your long-term health. Hand the meal planning and the cooking over to me and I’ll create a menu to fit your palate and your lifestyle.

Healthy food doesn’t have to feel like you are depriving yourself of the food you love to eat.I formulate many of my recipes to limit butter, heavy creams and oils. My meals are fresh, seasonal and organic. I use herbs and spices to maximize the flavor of food and to let the ingredients shine through.

Getting organized in your kitchen and having well prepared, healthy food at the ready helps you to make better choices at the end of the day. Especially, after coming home from work tired and hungry. Don't grab a bag of chips, open the fridge and have a joyfully prepared meal from Wendy's Joyful Kitchen.
